RJC Racing Flanges & Weld Bungs
RJC-3DP-EXWG: This DP flange (pictured Left) is made from 1/2″ thick 304 Stainless Steel. It is for the guys that prefer to run external style Waste gates. It will accommodate 3, 3.5 or 4″ pipes and will fit Q trim turbine wheels. Makes fabing up a down pipe a snap.

RJC-DPBOP: This is designed for the guys that prefer to run the external style waste gates with internal waste gate down pipes. This 1/8″ thick 304 stainless block off plate adequately seals off the factory waste gate hole. The block off plate will work with any style DP including our massive 5″er. Some guys use this when they port out their waste gate hole to big and the puck does not cover the hole. You can use this and re-drill the WG hole in the plate smaller and in the correct place to economically fix your turbine housing. If you have one of our down pipes we have a plate that has the hole already drilled in the correct place and the correct size so all you have to do is sandwich it between the turbine housing and DP flange and you are done.

RJC-WGA-L. Pictured on the bottom, New Massive 1.625″ puck. This new puck was made specifically to control the new billet wheel turbos with the stock style waste gate actuators. This will easily control even the largest most powerful 71 CEA billet turbos. Just like our standard 1.375″ puck (pictured on top) this is made from all 304 Stainless Steel. This assy is now standard in our 5″ and 3″ down pipe. This can be purchased separately or with our flange pictured above. If you have previously purchased one of our down pipes this puck is a direct replacement as the flange was designed to accommodate this large of puck. very easy install. only one weld needed to install. All that is required to install this new assembly is a 1/2″ hole in the WG flange and one weld.
In the picture, the top flange shows our standard 1.375″ Waste Gate puck next to a quarter for reference. the lower flange showcases our large 1.625″ Waste Gate assy. As you can see the Large puck is massive in size (that is a quarter in the top flange) and fits easily in the flange.

RJC Racings in house manufacturing provides all the header flanges for the Buick after market header companies. We are now offering some of these flanges direct to the public. Our flanges are made from 1/2″ thick billet 1018 plate or 304 stainless depending on application. Our high quality, high flow flanges makes Header/Down Pipe/ Test Pipe manufacture much easier for the do-it-yourselfer. Note; (the RJC-CAT-S is not as pictured. it now has a 3″ round hole instead of the oval hole.)

RJC-3DPF. This complete waste gate flange assembly is now available separately. We also make this assembly for most of the Turbo Regal parts distributors that are now making down pipes. Flange is CRS Steel. Waste gate parts are all 304 Stainless and features a 1.375″ puck or the -L model that features 1.625″ puck. More than enough for a low 9 second TR. This will accommodate 3″ or 3.5″ down pipe pipes. We recommend the 1.625″ puck for anyone running the new Precision CEA series turbos.

RJC-WGA. This complete waste gate assembly is now available separately. We make this assembly for most of the Turbo Regal parts distributors that are now making down pipes. 100% 304 Stainless and features either a 1.375″ or a 1.625″ puck. More than enough for a low 9 second TR. All that is required to install this new assembly is a 1/2″ hole in the WG flange and one weld. We have personally run 9.21 @ 148 with this puck and a 7168 CEA Precision turbo in our TSM car. We can adjust the boost from 15-30# with no issues.

Stainless Steel Test Pipe for the 5 inch DP
Also exclusive to RJC Racing is our stainless test pipes. We make 3 and 4″ers depending on the DP used. We also make a cutout/dump style 3″ tube for those that want to “open” their exhaust at the cat area. like running open headers on a NA car.
