RJC-3DP-EXWG: This DP flange (pictured Left) is made from 304 Stainless Steel. It is for the guys that prefer to run external style Waste gates. It will accommodate 3, 3.5 or 4″ pipes and will fit Q trim turbine wheels.

RJC-DPBOP: This is designed for the guys that prefer to run the external style waste gates. This 1/8″ thick 304 stainless block off plate adequately seals off the factory waste gate hole. The block off plate will work with any style DP including our massive 5″er.

RJC-WGA-L. New Massive 1.625″ puck. This new puck was made specifically to control the new billet wheel turbos with the stock style waste gate actuators. This will easily control even the largest most powerful 71billet turbos. As our standard puck this is made from all 304 Stainless Steel. This assy is now standard in our 5″ Down pipe and is an option in our 3″ down pipe. This can be purchased separately or in our flange pictured above. If you have previously purchased one of our down pipes this puck is a direct replacement as the flange was designed to accommodate this large of puck. very easy install. only one weld needed to install. All that is required to install this new assembly is a 1/2″ hole in the WG flange and one weld.
In the picture, the top flange shows our standard 1.375″ Waste Gate puck next to a quarter for reference. the lower flange showcases our large 1.625″ Waste Gate assy. As you can see the Large puck is massive in size and fits easily in the flange.

Our flanges are made from 1/2″ thick billet 1018 plate or 304 stainless depending on application. Our high quality, high flow flanges makes Header/Down Pipe/ Test Pipe manufacture much easier for the do-it-yourselfer.

Stainless Steel Test Pipe for the 5 inch DP
Also exclusive to RJC Racing is our stainless test pipe. Made specifically for the 5 to 4 inch pipe, it makes installation of the pipe a breeze. this is included with the pipe.
O2 hole to 1/4″ NPT adapter (So you can install your EGT probe into your stock O2 bung hole in the header, after moving the O2 to the down pipe.
Stainless EGT bungs 1/4 or 1/8″ NPT.
