Intercoolers & RJC Megacoolers

We designed this intercooler to be the largest, most efficient, street friendly, ultimate race on the market. This is a big task but the engineers at RJC are up to the task. We could have made this core any size we wanted. We started with a clean sheet of paper when designing out intercoolers. We made sure to use up every inch of space possible. If these were 1/2” bigger in any direction they would not fit. After utilizing every inch of space available, we turned our attention to the core design. After years of research and development to source the most advanced lightest weight, highest flowing and greatest efficiency cores we came up with 3 specifically different cores. These proprietary cores designed and made specifically For RJC and no one else. Choosing the correct intercooler will be based on how you plan to use your car and how much HP your combo is capable of. ”There are allot of “Chinese Knock Off’s” that are similar LOOKING to the RJC Megacooler. Let us assure you it is not even close to the same. It is not the same size, shape, or core design and of course as with most China parts the quality of the Metallurgy is very poor. Their lack of technology and quality control at the foundry’s introduces allot of contamination. Do not be fooled. Our cores have been extensively tested and although other intercoolers may look the same from the little pictures on the net, they are not.  You will get what you pay for. If you do happen to purchase one of these “knock offs” do yourself a favor and pressure test it for leaks. Don’t expect to get a refund though. Building these intercoolers in house, welding the end tanks and mounting hardware using a jig we built here at RJC Racing. China manufactures are very good at making something “look like”.
